onMouseWheel Event

Hi

I am Flash Designer my company has just give me a project where I have to increase the height and width of externally loadImage. I load the Image and call event successfully but we need to click first and then the onMouseWheel event call. I want to call onMouseWheel Event without clicking on the Object some thing like http://viewer.zmags.com/showmag.php?mid=rttg
